Monte Sant'Urbano Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Corvina Blend

Really good. Needed about 30 minutes to an hour in the decanter to open up. Then it was classic.

So I expected more from this...its good but a bit on the lighter side for an Amarone.
It is smooth but weaker on the Amarone taste profile.

Hot. Leaner than I expected. Mistaken for a Chateaneuf-du-pape.
