The 2008 was the temptress on the nose with deep, brambly accents - the 2010 was reserved and elegant, with layers of fruit - but the star of the show was the 2009 with her complexity and depth on the palette. 2 hour decant(lots of chunky/fine sediment). A majestic murky dark ruby red color. On the nose: black cherry, cedar, menthol, currants, pine, and a little sweet milk chocolate. Smooth, creamy, rich, velvety mouth coating wine with blackberry, tar, dark chocolate, minerals, and a smokey mocha dry long finish...includes a still there little tannic kick at the end. YUM...drinks nicely with the decant and still has time.
