Mousse mouthfeel with notes of apples, lemon creme and a touch of yeast. Long finish with some minerality. Drink till 2022.
This bottling is John Loubser's take on the traditional 'Blanc de Blancs' and made up of 100% Chardonnay from Robertson within the Breede River Valley. The Chardonnay is fermented in a mix of old French oak barrels and stainless steel. This wine goes through secondary fermentation within the bottle and spends a minimum of 24 months on the lees before bottling. Only 11,400 bottles produced.
