Raspberry and almond on the nose. Very nice. The palate is very well done with a bright red fruit (Raspberries but perhaps cherry too), a good acid frame, some width but the width doesn't come up front, it's in mid palate and it's rather spherical, with gentle tannins that leave a nice drying mouthfeel. Long finish with fruit and a slight bitterness. This is very young but also very good. We paired it with a delicious countryside, field fed roasted chicken and potatoes. Good pairing.
