Clear straw yellow, pear drop aroma with a note of red apple and flowers (heliotropic?), Initially had a slightly yeasty note but that seems to have dissipated.
Lemon sherbet on the palate. At 13.5% it's pretty heavy on the units for a crisp white and that alcohol flavour seeps into the wine slightly on the finish, not enough to spoil it tho. I'd pair this with fish and chips to give the acidity something to bite into.
It's an unusual wine and, predominantly for that reason, I like it.
