This is a simple, fine Montbazillac that asks for nothing in return. Nose is mostly tropical with light minerality. Mostly sticky and honeyed but has surprising amount of freshness. Wasn’t too hard to pound a 3rd of a bottle with foie gras and chèvre on the side.
