Pinot Blanc
Unusual, slight honeyed notes for a Pinot Blanc. Intense minerality.

Nov 20th, 2014This was my first time trying a German Pinot Blanc. Pale white gold in the glass, the nose reminds of Pinot Noir but the taste is a little tart with honey and pears. The acidity left a nice zing on the tongue. Try this as a great summer time refresher with seafood or spicy Asian meals or just to sip on a hot day. $12

Aug 9th, 2015Lush melon and tropical fruits couple with stony minerality to produce a delightful summer white. A unique tingling on the tip of the tongue elevates this wine to another level. Spectacular!

Jul 6th, 2015Super crisp and refreshing summer wine. Tart peach with hint of lime/citrus that doesn't linger like a syrup on the palate. Light straw color with a pleasant bouquet.
