Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne

Opened nicely and I feel the aging helped it become a larger more bread forward and some lactic notes as well. It ended very weak and lost most of it structure.

Just plain delicious. Drink now or give it time!

By the fire, sound of the ocean through the window...makes it taste even better.

Great wine. Not great price at a terrible place... but who cares? Not us.

Exactly what I hoped it would be. It evolved in the glass. Excellent experience.
