The nose is *very* powerful : small red berries, tea leaves, caramel and vanilla. A hinch of raspberry too. A bit of warmth as well, and a bit of plum too. Very strong. The palate is powerful too. It starts with a very acid slide that goes down for ever, small red berries all along, layers of complexity : caramel here, soft silky touches there on the sides, franc tannins in the end and a blast of a finish with plum and small red berries dancing in a firework with a nice bitterness and a soft touch that never ends. After yesterday's amarone I wanted some more. This one is more muscular, yesterday's was more subtile and gracious.

Not cheap though, around 45€
