Ripe pear, a bit of a citrusy note, playful nose. The palate is all roundness. A bit of acid but overwhelmed by a radiant ripe pear and a very soft and lovely touch on the sides. Finish with pear full of freshness. On the sweet side but once again very enjoyable.

Ripe white pear and chalk on the nose. Not really sauvignon blanc at all! The palate has a thickness that I've never come across in this region, some viscosity that makes for a unique mouthfeel. Pear again and still a nice, usual acid backbone that gives some structure to the wine. A good grip and a white ripe pear finish that never ends. What an experience and what an unusual wine. Delicious
