Absolutely wild stuff, red fruit, white pepper, flowers and funk. Light bodied with just a bit of bite. Would be good with roast chicken

Floral in the front, pepper and spice in the back. Raspberries somewhere along the way that sustains to mineral and pepper. Florals diminish after about hour 1 and becomes a bit more fleshy and rounded with higher Minerality. Plush with a forward personality.

First go with pineau d'aunis by itself. Very lovely wine. Bright, ripe berries and a bit of spice. Of particular note was the floral element on the flavor profile. Definitely impressed by the presence of fresh flowers (roses, perhaps? Maybe geraniums) on the palate. 100% Pineau d'Aunis. 10/17/22.
