The 2022 Zinfandel Summit Creek opens with a zesty burst of crushed black cherries, minty herbs and candied citrus. This is juicy in character with ripe wild berry fruits and a wave of confectionary spice. It cleans up nicely, leaving a tinge of cocoa and the mouth watering for more. (Eric Guido, Vinous, July 2024)

Really jammy. Not a serious wine but easy drinking.

Our neighbor brought this over. Is exactly what it is. Big ripe jammy zin from Paso. Some nice tobacco and leafy notes on the nose, but dominant raspberry/blackberry fruit. We usually don't like this type of wine so much but honestly, this is pretty good.

" this Zinfandel offers forward fruit characteristics of cherry, caramel, sea salt and dark berry. On the palate. This well-balanced line offers a delightful aftertaste that keeps on giving."
