Medium gold colour. On the nose apricot, lemon, butter, fresh cream and chalk. As it opens, up hints of mango and pie crust show themselves. Dry, medium (+) acidity, medium (-) alcohol. On the palate, a tropical start transform into apple and lemon zest, then burnt caramel lingers long after swallowing. All this is tied together with sustained saline and gravel minerality. This wine is very complex and long.
