Rhode Island Landot Noir

Landot noir?! My first experience with this previously unknown variety. It was a wonderful surprise! Light bodied like a Pinot, but richer, deeper in color, with a flavor profile that reminded me of a Willamette Ribbon Ridge Pinot ... Mature red fruit, plum or prune and hint spice, five spice-cinnamon-ish. Really excited to find a wine like this in New England
