Wolff Vineyard Chardonnay

Floral and smooth. Easy to drink!

Lots of oak, but bright acid (acidulated?) and a salty edge to pull it back

More oaky than today's Chardonnay from Burgundy. Ok, but more oaky than I might usually like. But reminds me of the Chardonnay I had with grilled octopus at Time a few months ago with Krystina. Dave really liked.

Soft, tropical fruit

Still in really nice shape, good acidity, delicate aroma but much more flavorful in the mouth, good balance.

Excellent, smooth flavor

Nice and crisp, yet fruity!

Allen and I both really enjoyed it.

All the right aspects of Chardonnay, none of the wrong!

Ugh. Caramel dipped green apples. Everything.
