Absolutely lovely. Drinking cherry satin. This typical Marine is bursting with flavor. I drank it early (4 yes) because "I do what I want!". Nah, just kidding. I was curious what it would be like young. It doesn't disappoint. Bursting with tangy sweet cherry vanilla crumble, leather blackberry tobacco vanilla pepper and a bit of smoky dark black cherry plum toffee. Lots of complexity in this one

Incredible QPR. Raisins and tobacco leaves wrapped in a taught compact and balanced package. Alcohol level cannot be detected and is well integrated with food friendly tannins and alcohol.

Smoothly defined tannines. Full body. Already the nose is served by spicy tobacco notes and raisin aromes... Celebration in the tongue... Served it for festive lunch; we had a goose.
