Bifaro Mantonico Malvasia

First glass was compelling but was clearly unstable, second was all mouse

Orange wine with a healthy dose of sediment. This is labeled 2021. All the websites say that it’s a blend of Malvasia and Mantonico with 4 days of skin contact, but this bottle is labeled 100% Mantonico and 5 days of skin contact. It’s acidic and dry, almost tannic. Mild flavors of citrus peel, peach, vanilla, and a little nutty.
