Maybe the best version of what this is trying to be I’ve ever had. You are in the mosel and ask for a “glass of trocken”. You want something typical. This is sooooooo typical but brilliantly made. Wow.
If you are a wine geek this is a must own.

Beautiful. Got me out of retirement. Reminds me of Schäfer-Fröhlich. Deep green apple 🍏 hint of white peach on the nose. Pretty herbal for a Riesling. The stuffing is there. Way to young right now. This needs at least for years.
So trust me on this just keep it.
