The nose is a bit flinty, shows crushed oyster shell, lemon, and white peach. This is both aromatic and mineral. The palate is surprisingly dense and shows a notable thickness that I had never encountered with this varietal. There is good acid drive, lemony touches all along, some nice grip in the rear, and a fresh, focused finish that washes up the mouth and calls for the next sip immediately. This is great stuff and for 7 euro you cannot go wrong with this. I wish I had oysters to go along ...
