Definitely acidic and clean with a strong mineral finish. Almost too much acid but nice with sushi and shellfish.

Un bon Picpoul de Pinée. Habituellement, je ne suis pas très fan de ce type de vin, mais celui n'est pas aussi vif que les autres et conserve une certaine aromaticité.
