Apple nose. Palate is abrasive, disjointed and prickly. Lemon, apple, mineral. A bit yeasty and feels like slight bottle fermentation. Bad bottle, bummer.

Tastes like tepache and bacon... But in a good way? Dunno. Super into this wine with mussels tonight. Slightly frizzante, very rich but still balanced by some pure acid. Sassy wife also pictured.

Reductive as anything. Decantering opened it up nicely. Needs to be just below room temperature.
