Powerful Syrah and cab blend. Great balance. Very good. Long finish.

This SCP blend continues to impress. An uncommon blend of greatness. Syrah, Cab Sav and Petite Verdot. I want to swim in this.

This is a special winery off the beaten path. Love the Syrah cab blends, big but not overwhelming. Great fruit but not too sweet. Joined the club ...

Love this wine and winery. Bold but not over the top. Good with food or on its own.

Love this winery - little piece of France in Paso, with interesting blends.

2017 opened 2020. Mint, lavender, and allspice on the nose. Cab fruit on the front, but the tannic structure has the silkiness and medium body of a Rhone-blend. Leather and a refined calcaire at the top of the palate. Soft mineral notes at the end. Some of the reviewers have recommended a long decanting time for this wine. Frankly, I think this one is more interesting 10 or 15 minutes out of the bottle then it is after an hour in the carafe, because a lot of those interesting high notes in this wine dissipate fast.
