Jul 15th, 2018This Chilean Cab is on the high end of medium bodied, full of mineral density but with bright, Rhone-like acidity. Predominant flavors are Marion berry, oak, and tart plum. It went nicely with steak.

Dec 2nd, 2020#CabernetSauvignonBarnyard scents wafted up when we opened the bottle. After aeration and decanting, the initial funk gave way to ripe, round black fruit. Tannins up front made my mouth water with black fruit emerging afterwards with a finish that was almost chalky. Okay with bun-less bacon cheeseburgers.

Great red, bold, deep rich blackcurrant. Consumed over 2 days, stood up well to some oxygen.
