This was a big surprise. Transitions significantly over a few hours. Opens with lavender and leather, with some beautifully weaved in brett. Quickly moves into blackberry, incense, and chalky/clay minerality. Later pivots to a more broad floral style, Luden's, and bitter dark chocolate.

Again a surprise, super budget Costco vino ($8? Back then) that slept for 11 years and it’s drinking fine.m, like a niche aged Rhone with balance and interest. Did better than the Guigal os the same vintage
