Best Pinot Gris I've had, the oaking provides a nice depth and baking spice interest. I got tarragon and minty-herbal notes on the nose, as well.

Aromas and flavors of lychee fruit very apparent, almost identical. Freshly cut pear and honey crisp apple on the mouth is immediately framed by mineral and sharp acid. 13%alc, great with my seared tuna and wasabi sour cream!
