Vin de Pays de Vaucluse White Rhone Blend

50/50 chard/viognier. Missing a pronounced bouquet, wish it wasn't so muted. Tart and crisp mid palate, feels waited toward chardonnay. Maybe the viognier was less ripe? Serve at room temp.

Smells of lychee and hay. Vary smooth body. Tastes of Granny Smith apples and vinila.

Apricot, pear, underripe tangy flavors, guava, white lilys, sage. Very dry. Some interesting notes. Pair with sea bass, scallops, other delicate white fleshed seafood.

Really get the Viognier on the nose. Little bitter note mid palate if I had to be discerning but overall solid.$9.25
