Great balance of minerals, salinity, slightly sweet with just a hint of oak. Pairs nice with salad but I can imagine drinking this all summer.

Jan 5th, 2017This bottle was just meh but will hold back on the rating trigger until after I try another. Some green residue on cork was a bit suspect; although the wine didn't taste off it seemed to lack taste and depth. Nice straw color though.
