Pale lemon with small bubbles. Restrained and simple nose with aromas of lemon peel, green apple and pear. It is off-dry in the mouth with a medium+ refreshing acidity. It has a medium body and the mousse is slightly aggressive. The flavour concentration is medium, as the finish. Just a correct sparkling without much complexity or depth.
