Figured might be heading downhill but it’s drinking very nicely for my taste. That complexity only possibly with bottle age. Went well with different dishes over several days in Eto.

Good earthy nose. Great balance. Long finish. Yum. Holding up well 3 days later. Acidic body apparent but in balance.
