Gorgeous bottle. 2009 vintage bottle tasted last was far more volatile and past the threshold of unconditional enjoyment for me. This particular vintage, bottle, is a pleasure and undoubtedly the benchmark for the style.

Toasted almond, oyster brine, lychee. Racing acidity softened on day two and opened to caramelized yellow fruit and dried flower.

Killing me softly...

I asked for a salty white! Puffeney appeared with bronze and silver glitter galore.

Can't argue with how delicious this was
