A positive is that this has a beautiful golden yellow color. But flavor and aroma don’t quite live up to it. Not that it’s bad, there’s a little nice apple and cream flavor, a little acidity, and a little minerality. But just a little. This wine would be better with just a little more of what it already has.

This is my top choice to go with white wine sauce mussels. It is a classic Viognier with peaches, apricots and flowers fusion.
