I'm not the first to post this wine and I won't be the last. Has all the magic of mature German Riesling. It's starting to develop the more savory side, but it has all the crystalline purity of the Saar still. Unmistakable and just about perfect. Insanely delicious for the money.

Light petrol and honey notes with a touch or kiss of sweetness and more of that water clean light finish. Almost ethereal.

Nice mature Riesling. Not a ton of depth, but precise flavors and a nice soft mouthfeel.

Perfectly mature Riesling. Honeyed , petroled development with poised, still vibrant, citrus fruit and mineral. Fascinating along side new release by Lauer. Different styles but same underlying site expression & characteristics. Absolutely unbeatable value if you got your hands on this. Wine 2 of 2 in #aylerkupp study from same sub-parcel in Western corner of site.

Amazing aromas of sauteed mushrooms, honey-drizzled Humboldt fog goat cheese, and butterscotch caramels at the bottom of your Grandma's purse. Bone dry on the palate and would benefit from decanting.
