Old rememberings of a trip to Limoux, near Carcassonne, France. You know, the Blanquette de Limoux is considered the Champagne's mother, and this one is fresh, dry, long and tasty. An awesome Blanquette.

Was much better a couple of years ago. It's now a completely different wine, probably for commercial reasons. Before it was a very particular wine, with fresh fruits and flowers in Your nose and mouth, now quite insignificant
