Out of the 3 sauvignon blancs tasted tonight, this was my least favorite. However, still a solid and very enjoyable wine. Acidic with less fruit and no floral notes. There is a slightly hard note that cuts through the acidity, and a bitter lemon-rind flavor lingers afterward. When you take the next sip, it's comparatively sweet against the aftertaste. For this reason, I think this wine is best enjoyed with food.
