Double Barrel Irish Whiskey

Light, notes of fruit and honey, even very faint tropical, and expected butterscotch. Nice overall, had it neat.

Water opens up apricots and white pepper, but plenty of alcoholic oomph remains. A weird, slightly paper-y note up front, but a nice burst of dried fruit follows. Clean finish. Nothing special, but charming.
