Glen Mhor 38yr 1965 - the color on this was deep and I so wanted to love it but it was missing something. Just a bit hollow. Might be a function of old bottle, plus a sample, plus holding the sample too long.

Jun 19th, 2025Unlike last night this is all tongue and no bite in the cheeks. Rich in flavor as expected from the age and color. Silent referring if I recall correctly to the fact that it is closed. Don’t think it ever produced a single malt and was part of blends back in the day. ABV 40%
