Moscato Opera Prima White Blend

I really, really wanted to like this wine. In the continual search to find a sparkling, sweet, fruity Moscato'ish wine for my wife who has very recently come to the world of wine drinking, this didn't make the cut. I like dry, but the taste is dry and bitter in a way that wants to be a champagne but stopped a few miles short of the bubbly-wine-station. It was pretty and relatively cheap, but sadly came off as pretty cheap.
