Yellow apple, pear preserves, light lemongrass, straw, golden watermelon, dogwood blossoms, chalk and lemon bar nose, light leaning to medium mouthfeel, lemon and apple echo on the startup becoming lemon pith, honey, light marmalade, biscuit and edible orchid. Bouncy, breakfasty, florid, fluid, and fresh. Like a hippy chick after a downpour, still dancing throwing droplets of dew on all she touches. Affirming and alive. Agenda-less and free.

(**) a white wine made from Pinot Noir (blanc de noirs) that actually behaves very much like a Pinot Gris, e.g., med + body with softer fruits, mostly peach and pear, with a soft shimmer of bubbles to tickle the tongue. A nice winter white.

Had with thanksgiving dinner of turkey and sides. Paired beautifully with entire meal.
