Who knew Sonoma could do Pinotage. All the typical characters of the varietal but with an additional California sun fruit core. Yum!

I’ve said it before, but this is consistently the best American pinotage.

As far as I am concerned, this is the world's best Pinotage. It has that asphalt thing that turns so many people off, but I love it. In a great place and no hurry to drink the others.

Well-made wine from one of the odd-duck grape varieties of the world. Hints of the volatile notes often associated with Pinotage.

This wine is light but truly flavorful. I’m certain this is at the most wonderful height of its lifecycle. Delicious. Simply delicious.

This may be on the edge of maturity because it has a sharp nose and somewhat bitterness to it but not 100% horrible. That’s what you get for a 2007 with a broken cork I suppose. Glad I tried it!

Interesting grape... First sip - was nondescript, after it opened up a bit very oaky.
