Chocolate cherry cake and rich vanilla on the nose invite you into this lovely Riserva. On the palate, lovely woody tannins mix with a ripe cherry acidity and a vanilla dessert sweetness, but leans on the side of refreshing rather than overwhelming. The finish is a pleasant melding of all the elements. Lovely.
