Lovely smooth dark (dunkel) beer from the excellent Erdinger brewery. Mild flavour from dark malted wheat and barley that has subtle chocolate and plum notes with a hint of sweetness with a mild but lingering mouthful. Great on draft, but bottled as was mine was, remains a treat.
