An amazing 2014 Cabernet Franc in my glass from Lori & Michael Budd of Dracaena Wines. Aromas of blackberry, lavender, white pepper and brown sugar caramel. Flavors of blackberries, herbes de Provence, vanilla, white pepper with a touch of roasted sweet peppers on the finish. Pleasant acidity, supple tannins and a lingering tapering finish.

This wine is all love. Nice color. Easy. I am really enjoying this. I'm a cab Franc fan and this delivers

This Cabernet Franc is pure joy. Aromas and flavors of black raspberry, cherry, violets, cinnamon and milk chocolate. Very silky with good weight on the midpalate. The finish is long, with fine tannins and the right amount of acid that leaves you wanting the next sip. Cabernet Franc fans need to stock up on this wine; with small production, it is one you don't want to miss. Drinking beautifully now, but could easily cellar another 7-10 years.
