Cuvée Très Vieilles Vignes Quincy Sauvignon Blanc

relatively full (13%), yet precise sauvignon blanc from 50-80 year old vines. Quincy is Sancerre's lesser known cousin, with better prices (and often better quality). this bottle tastes like salted lime and mineral, with a hint of smoke and subtle cheesiness from lees aging. the acidity is all there.

bouquet- pine, candied lemon, flint
taste- brioche, broom, slight grapefruit, nice medium mouthfeel with fresh citrus finish.

Balanced and lively. Full of zest, minerals, acidity and super affordable. 50-80 year old vines. Amazing Sauvignon Blanc for the summer
