Right out of the gate it’s olivey & brambly* delicious. Ah, promises, promises.
N:Olives, brambles, then grapes. Not as much lift as I’d like. 50/50 Grenache/Syrah.
P: tis’ nice to wash down duck confit, potatoes, frisee’ . Little bit peppery, wants to be lush. No grip to speak of .
I must say , tho, that after a bit we’re getting a bit o’ cocoa.
