Domaine Gallety 2011, Côtes du Vivarais. A mere 14% abv.
Was served lightly cooled at the camping site restaurant in Ruoms.
Had seen the wine in a wine shop in town where it was featured.
Chocolate, plums, hint of cow shed but in a nice way. Touch of fresh figs. Some spicy, mainly cinnamon.Med low tannins, juicy acidity, lightest RS. Plum skin and coriander root palate. With coriander root strong plus fresh peanuts on the aftertaste. Tannins getting stronger with warmth.. Preferred it slightly cooler...
