Ardeche Rhone. Biodynamic. Little volatile on the nose. Bubblegum. Substantial rough tannins. Gonna let this breathe a bit. // really softened up with 2 hours of air. Nice rich smooth. White pepper. Dark fruit not overripe. Slightly funky finish. Pretty tasty.
