Medium body and spicy. 60% grenache, 20% syrah, 10% cinsault, 10% carignan. Cassis, blackberry & plume notes. Slightly earthy. Pesant, but not over powering. Goes well with pork. Would not drink with heavy, powerful meats and game. As an amature, I would give it an 88.
