Del Dotto Vineyards is a family-owned winery which focuses on small production, premium wines, they spent the last 20+ years acquiring vineyards all over Napa Valley. Dark Crimson with aromas of ripe red fruit. On the palate raspberry and plum, nice mouthfeel, good structured, smooth tannins, complex finish ending with earthy mineral notes. Hard to find a bottle, worth the search.

Dried cherries, definite oak spice and vanilla. Not overpoweringly tart like some Sangiovese. Liked it
