This rosé has evolved well after about 4 months in the bottle. Still a "big boy rosé" since it's old vine Alex Valley Zinfandel fruit with about 8 hours skin contact. More savory fruit like tart cherry and cranberry, but the acid keeps it zippy. Perfect for burgers, tacos and BBQ brisket.
