Dark ruby in color with medium intensity and a light red rim.

Fruity on the nose with cherries, strawberries, bitter greens, mint, cedar, vanilla and light cloves.
Very elegant nose.

Light to medium bodied with medium acidity and dripping legs.

Fruity on the palate with cherries, blackberries, blueberries, oak, cloves, dirt, forest floor and black pepper.

Long finish with soft tannins and flat cola at the end.

Nice, fun and easy drinking Ripasso. Good food wine, and nice for the red wine beginner.

Gross, tastes like metal and farts. This had a great rating on this app and was cheap, which is why I bought it. Makes me think this app might be bunk.
